Hello! I’m Supriya Monica D’Costa
I’m a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products at scale.
I currently work within Microsoft’s Security organization, where I design enterprise compliance experiences across Microsoft Purview.
My work often involves turning technically complex workflows and large amounts of information into experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and actionable.
My approach combines interaction design, product thinking, visual design, prototyping, and systems thinking. I enjoy working closely with product managers, engineers and researchers to understand the problem, challenge assumptions, explore possibilities, and bring clarity to complex decisions.
As I’ve grown as a designer, I’ve increasingly taken ownership of ambiguous problems, driven design direction, aligned cross-functional teams, and advocated for experiences that balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
